The middle school races will be a boys and a girls 4x200 meter relay team, with one entry per gender allowed per middle school.
The race will be an open 800 meter run, a half mile, or two laps on the brand new track, for both boys and girls.
Middle School Races
As for the middle schoolers, coaches will be contacted in the spring at the local middle schools and each school will be encouraged to send a girls and a boys 4x200 meter relay team to compete against other area middle schools.

RBR’s Friscia wins MOC 800-meter run title

RBR’s Christina Nelson enjoyed the finest MOC finish of her career as she finished second in the 800 meters to Morris Knolls’ Lauren Gregory.
The Roxbury junior did make a charge in the final 100 meters, but by then Friscia had built up too big of a lead by going early.
Monmouth Regional’s Charles Cox was one of the busiest athletes at the meet, having qualified in three events — the 55-meter dash, 200 and 400.
He’ll go to the New York City Armory on Tuesday for the Eastern States, where he is looking to run a fast time in the 1,600 meters.
